State Tax Service explained taxation specifics of the Diia City residentsChapter: News

Discussion on the topic: "Influence of tax authorities on the investment climate of the Diia.City", which took place within the VI Conference on IT Law, was devoted to the issue of taxation of the Diia City residents.

Representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the business community took part in the event.

Specialists of the State Tax Service, in particular, provided clarification on the application of the personal income tax rate of 5 percent to the income of taxpayer - specialist resident of the Diia City, payment of single contribution in the amount of the minimum insurance payment, as well as on the taxation of the Diia City residents who chose special income taxation conditions and other taxation peculiarities of such residents.

Participants of the event thanked the State Tax Service for openness and readiness for dialogue regarding the clarification of issues relevant to taxpayers.
